Book description
The events in this book took place in the 1950s and early 60s. I enjoyed the story, but it is really dated. Its a fairly short book, and I read it straight through. It mostly deals with day to day family life, her illness, death and healing, and then a few years afterward her husbands illness and death. Its a great little story, but as I said, very dated in its language and thoughts. Its also heavily into Biblical references, but also spiritual knowings and messages. I would be interested to learn what went on with the rest of her life, since the story ends in the 1960s.
