
MUSIC PR TRAINEESHIP
PUT ME °N IT, a London based music media, events and communications company, are looking for a talented individual who is interested in breaking in to the world of tastemaker music PR. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about music, pro-active, enthusiastic, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It is essential that you are reliable, organized, highly motivated and willing to learn. A degree and experience is not essential.
The traineeship will last up to three months depending on the successful applicant’s availability, with a minimum commitment of one day per week. You will be trained in how to structure a successful campaign, how to write a press release, digital PR best practice, an introduction to radio plugging, an overview of current journalists, online tastemakers and DJs, database and relationship management, artist liaison, media training, report writing and research.
